1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using GetYour9 at getyour9.app or via the Telegram Mini App (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
GetYour9 provides AI-powered IELTS speaking practice, including real-time voice conversations with an AI examiner, mock exam simulations, and automated band score feedback. The Service is a practice and preparation tool and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the British Council, IDP, or Cambridge Assessment English. All exam questions are AI-generated for practice purposes only — we do not use, reproduce, or distribute real or past IELTS exam questions.
3. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials.
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
- One account per person. Sharing accounts is not permitted.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
4.1 Plans
We offer free and paid plans. Paid plans provide additional daily sessions, mock exams, and detailed feedback. Plan details and pricing are displayed at the time of purchase.
4.2 Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment processor, Polar. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the payment processor's terms of service.
4.3 Recurring Billing
Subscription plans automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or quarterly) unless cancelled before the renewal date. You will be charged at the rate displayed at the time of your original purchase, unless we notify you of a price change in advance.
4.4 Credit Packs
Credit packs are one-time purchases that add sessions to your account. Credits do not expire and are non-refundable once used.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account Settings. Upon cancellation:
- You retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
- Your account reverts to the Free plan after the billing period ends.
- No further charges will be made.

6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack the Service
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service
- Share, resell, or redistribute your account access
- Transmit harmful, abusive, or offensive content through the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
7. AI-Generated Content
The Service uses artificial intelligence technology to generate responses, feedback, and scores. AI-generated content:
- Is provided for practice purposes only and does not guarantee any specific IELTS score.
- May not always be accurate, complete, or reflect official IELTS grading criteria exactly.
- Should not be relied upon as the sole basis for exam preparation decisions.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, code, and design of the Service are owned by GetYour9 or its licensors. Your practice session transcripts belong to you, but you grant us a license to use anonymized, aggregated data to improve the Service.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GetYour9 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or exam outcomes.
Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Service Availability
We strive to keep the Service available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We are not liable for any downtime or interruptions.
11. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notice.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal proceedings.
